The chairman of the party leads and represents the political party, guides the work of the management board and reports to the congress of the party. The management board directs the activities of the party, based on the party’s programme and courses of action approved by the congress and the council. The management board of the party includes: chairman chosen at the congress; fourteen board members chosen at the congress; party council chairman; chairman of the Centre Party faction in Riigikogu; chairman of the party’s Youth Organisation. The ordinary meetings of the management board of the party are held at least once a month. The chairman of the party leads the work of the management board of the party.
