The Centre Party has 24 seats in the Parliament of Estonia – Riigikogu –, which makes it the second largest faction. President of the Parlament (Riigikogu) is Jüri Ratas. The head of the faction is Jaanus Karilaid; the deputy chairmans are Kersti Sarapuu and Dmitri Dmitrijev.

The Centre Party has gained so much trust from their voters in Tallinn that it has a almost majority in the Tallinn City Council. The vice-chairman of the Tallinn City Council is Kalle Klandorf and the mayor is Mihhail Kõlvart.

The Centre Party is the largest political party in Estonia and is represented everywhere in Estonia. The Centre Party has the absolute majority or forms a coalition in the biggest cities like Pärnu, Jõhvi, Haapsalu, Paide, Kohtla-Järve, Viljandi, Maardu, Rakvere, Sillamäe and in many other rural municipalities and towns.
IN THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
Yana Toom from the Centre Party represents the interests of Estonia in the European Parliament. She belongs to the faction of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) faction.
