Prime Minister Jüri Ratas discussed with President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker how to make substantial progress, in cooperation with the European Commission, in the key issues highlighted in the programme of the Estonian Presidency, including the free movement of data and renewing the strategy on cybersecurity.
"Yesterday, we celebrated with the Estonian people the start of our first Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This gave us the positive energy to take on this great responsibility, which we will carry out over the next six months, " said Prime Minister Ratas.
