My name is Mark Jefimov. I am a young candidate running in the local elections from the Centrist Party. I am from Lasnamäe myself and understand well the problems and challenges faced by the residents.
Today, I serve as an advisor to the Centrist faction in the Tallinn City Council and as deputy chairman of the Lasnamäe district council. These are not just titles — it is daily work for the benefit of the city residents.
Together with my team, we have already implemented a number of important initiatives. For example, the initiative to toughen penalties for animal cruelty gathered more than 5,000 signatures. We introduced night public transport in Tallinn, developed a modern urban environment, established a school year start allowance, and much more.
I also represent the youth wing of the party and believe that young people should have the right to influence decisions affecting their future. City governance should include more educated, active, and caring young people!
My principles are simple: honesty, openness, and concrete actions. I am always available for communication—whether it’s a meeting, correspondence, or a street dialogue.
I am running in the local elections to continue the work started. My priority is a Tallinn comfortable for living, with understandable decisions, adequate governance, and care for every resident, including the youth!
